Frequently asked questions
What is SD-WAN and do I need it?
SD-WAN bonds several internet connections, such as fiber, cable, and 5G, for speed and a backup path. We suggest it for businesses with several locations, or when losing the internet would stop work.
Can you fix dead spots in my office Wi-Fi?
Yes. We survey the space for interference and weak coverage, place access points where the survey says they belong, and test the installed network so the weak spots are covered.
Is it safe to offer guest Wi-Fi?
Yes. A separate guest network with firewall rules sends visitors straight to the internet and blocks the routes into your business systems. Customers expect guest Wi-Fi in a restaurant or a shop, so it is the first thing we plan in network connectivity for restaurants and retail stores.
Do you run cabling?
Yes. We run structured cabling in Cat6 and fiber optic, neatly routed and labeled, and ready for high-speed data.
