What happens if my website goes down?
When a monitoring check fails, we get an alert, look into it during business hours and keep you informed. If the cause is on our side, we fix it. If it is your domain or a third-party service, we explain what needs to be done.
Do content changes cover new pages?
Content changes to existing pages (text, images, blog posts) are included. New landing pages or new functionality are quoted as a separate project. Firms adding a practice area ask for this most often, most commonly in website management for professional services firms.
Does a WordPress site need ongoing maintenance?
