    Tell us the address

    Once signups open, you enter your website address, your name, email and phone number.

  2. 02

    External monitoring

    Every 5 minutes a check will load your site the way a customer would and check the security certificate. We install nothing on your site or your hosting.

  3. 03

    Email alerts

    When the site stops responding, you will get an email, and another when it comes back, so you know how long it was down.

Questions people ask

Will you fix the site when it goes down?

No. Monitoring sends alerts only. If we manage your website, we already monitor it and respond to the alerts. For other sites, the alert goes to you, and you decide whether to contact your hosting company or us.

How will you use my information?

We will use it to send your alerts, and website and IT tips only if you opt in. We do not sell it or send spam, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Monitoring runs externally, the same way your customers reach your site.
